Jo asked how I was doing today, because she knew I’d been working a lot. I said I was just about on top of it, which is true, and I know everyone’s busy. She said we’d have a more formal chat next week when most of this is out of the way.

It wouldn’t be so bad if clients kept their accounts in order throughout the year!
