We had a bit of a girls lunch today and Ha told Helen and Rachel about the bike ride and asked them if they wanted to come, and they said not if we paid them. Ha asked “Doesn’t it depend how much?” and I think they got a bit embarrassed, and then I got embarrassed when Ha said she knew I’d do it for free.

I’m not seeing Kieran until tomorrow night now, which seems like an age away.
